Valerie Builds is a trading name of Aldermoor Holdings Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17301265. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

In these terms, "I", "me" and "my" mean Valerie Builds and Aldermoor Holdings Ltd. You can contact me at valerie@valeriebuilds.com.

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use this website. Work for clients is covered by the written agreement we sign together, and nothing on this page changes that agreement. How I handle personal information is explained in my privacy notice.

Using the site

You're welcome to browse, read and share pages from this site. Please don't try to break into it, overload it, or copy its content to send unsolicited messages.

The information on it

I write the pages and articles carefully and check the articles against the sources listed in them, but they're general information, not legal, medical, tax or financial advice for your situation. Rules and platforms change, so check anything important before relying on it.

This site doesn't show prices. Any quote I give you is in writing, and the agreement we sign sets out exactly what's included.

The work shown

The live sites in my work section are real businesses' websites, shown with their owners' permission. The sample designs are concepts I made to show what's possible. They aren't live for the businesses named, and those businesses haven't endorsed me.

The words, design and images on this site belong to Aldermoor Holdings Ltd or are used with permission. Screenshots of client websites remain the property of their owners. You're welcome to quote short extracts with a link back, but please don't copy whole pages or the design.

I link to other websites, such as cal.com for booking and the sources behind my articles. I'm not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

Booking a call

Calls are free and there's no obligation. Bookings are made through cal.com, and its own terms apply to the booking.

Liability

I provide this website as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss caused by relying on the information here or by being unable to use the site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
